We’ll work with you to set a budget and vision, book a venue and vendors, and then bring every little detail in between together. This service covers every aspect of the planning process and we’re here from the very beginning till we send you away as newlyweds!
Full Service Wedding Planning Services Include:
• One Lead Coordinator dedicated to your wedding and two Assistant Coordinators
• Unlimited communication via phone, email or texting

• Customized vendor referral list based on style, budget and personality

• Contract (vendor) review
• Five planning meetings for overall vision, style, theme, and logistics of your wedding day
• Unique ideas and suggestions to make wedding truly represent you (customized favors, unique design details, etc.)
• Personalized, detailed timeline creation and distribution
• Finalization of all wedding day details such as décor set up, reception layout, bridal party details, and family wedding day timeline
• Assistance with invitation wording, creation & mailing
• Assist with menu selection
• Assistance with finding lodging for out-of-town guests
• Distribution of welcome baskets for out-of-town guests to their hotels
• Confirm all vendor contracts and coverage times
• Customized 3D Diagram of your venue and decor selections
• Design of custom printables including menu cards, programs, signs, etc.
• 1-hour wedding rehearsal at location of your choice
• Complete wedding day coverage
• Wedding day timeline development and implementation
• Act as a liaison between all vendors and you so decisions can be made swiftly with your best interest in mind

*Additional coordinator recommended for guest counts over 175 or if there is a lot of décor to be set up. Additional Coordinators available for a flat rate of $450.
